What %GR&R is acceptable?
%GR&R < 10% is acceptable; 10%–30% may be conditionally acceptable depending on the importance of the application; > 30% is unacceptable and the measurement system must be improved.
What does ndc mean in GR&R?
ndc is the number of distinct categories and reflects the resolution of the measurement system. An ndc ≥ 5 indicates the measurement system has adequate resolution.
