1. Acceptance

Welcome to QMSBox Quality Toolbox (qmsbox.com, “the site”). By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. The service

The site provides online quality management and statistical tools (such as Cpk, SPC control charts, MSA, FMEA, 8D and DOE), explanations and report export. We may add, change or retire tools at any time.

3. Accounts

Some features (saving analyses, paid benefits) need an account. Provide a valid email, keep your password safe and you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if your account is misused.

4. Free and paid use

• All explanations are free to read. Each tool’s calculation can be used free once per day; invalid input also counts as a use.
• Paid options are a single-tool unlock (unlimited use of that tool for 24 hours from payment) and an annual membership (unlimited use of all tools while active), at the prices shown on the payment page.
• Payments are processed by Afdian (WeChat Pay, Alipay) or Stripe (cards) under their terms; we never store card details.
• If a payment succeeds but the benefit is not active, contact us within 7 days and we will activate it or refund.

5. Refunds

Digital services are delivered once activated and are generally non-refundable. Where the paid feature cannot be used because of us, or in case of duplicate or mistaken charges, we refund in full or pro rata after checking. Mandatory legal rights are not affected.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, including: bulk calling or scraping the API with automated programs, bypassing free-use or payment limits, reverse engineering, uploading malicious code, disrupting the servers or paying with someone else’s identity. We may restrict or end access for violations.

7. Intellectual property

The site’s design, code, explanations and templates belong to the site and are protected by copyright. Reports and results you generate belong to you and may be used in your work, customer submissions and training. Copying or mirroring the site as a whole is not allowed without permission.

8. Results and disclaimer

Algorithms follow published AIAG and ISO references and have been checked against published examples, but we do not guarantee results are error-free in every case or that the service is uninterrupted. Results are for reference and are not professional advice; have qualified staff review them before using them for product release, customer submissions, PPAP or audit evidence. The service is provided “as is”.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the site, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ads and third parties

The site shows ads through Google AdSense and uses third-party services such as Afdian and Stripe, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; updates are posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
